    Plaquenil and Pepcid - Oct 06, 2007 Two days now I've taken the Pepcid, then an hour later took the Plaquenil and it's working great. I didn't even eat this morning and didn't have a problem. BTW I talked to two pharmacists and both said that it's okay to take with the plaquenil.
